MK Mohammad Barakeh on Sunday blamed Israel for the stalemate in talks with the Palestinians, condemning the Israeli government for expanding settlements and building the security fence.

"A government that expands settlements, builds a fence in the West Bank and in Jerusalem ... is a government that is uninterested in renewing the political process, but a government heading for war and bloodshed," MK Barakeh said.
