American, European investors boost Israeli real estate market

The New York Times has published an in-depth article about the new trend among American Jews for "buying a second home in Israel rather than the Hamptons" to live in for part of the year, Ynetnews reported.
Foreign investments, mainly from the US and Europe, are changing Israel's upscale real estate market, and The New York Times described parts of Tel Aviv as a "mini-Manhattan."
