Hollywood starlet Gwyneth Paltrow recently bought a $5.5-million penthouse in the fashionable Tribeca area of Manhattan from Israeli real-estate tycoon Lev Leviev, reported Ynetnews.
Paltrow will now be living in the 4822 square foot apartment with singer husband Chris Martin and their two children, Apple and Moses. Actress Meryl Streep bought a $10 million flat in the same building and actor Harvey Keitel will be living right next door.
Lev Leviev chairs Africa Israel Investments Group who built the project, called River Lofts, in the prestigious Tribeca neighborhood, which is quickly becoming one of the most fashionable on the island.
Africa Israel Investments Group is moving up in the Big Apple, recently acquiring a $426 million historical building in Manhattan destined to become luxury apartments. |
