The first residential skyscraper in an Arab village in Israel is set to be built in Kfar Kassem for over USD 100 million.
The building has already been approved and the developer, Israeli businessman Jamil Bin Jamil, is hoping to involve Qatari businessmen in the project.
The 120-meter tower will include commercial and office space in the lower floors and luxurious residential housing on the upper floors.
