President Moshe Katsav will be summoned for additional questioning, apparently after police received materials indicating that a new complaint has been filed against him, Ynetnews reported.

The decision to begin further questioning was announced in a statement submitted by the State Prosecutor's Office and Attorney General Menachem Mazuz to the High Court of Justice.

The questioning will occur before Katsav's hearing, which is scheduled for the beginning of May. Mazuz will decide, following the hearing, whether to indict Katsav and try him on charges of rape and sexual harassment.
