Three-quarters of Israelis will not eat leavened food this Passover

Seventy-four percent of Israelis are planning to observe Passover by avoiding all chametz (leavened food), a Ynetnews poll revealed.

Ninety-four percent of the respondents said they would celebrate Passover by having a traditional meal and reading the Hagadda, the text that recalls the exodus from Egypt.

The survey was conducted by the Mutagim institute and polled 500 people.
