The Attorney General Menachem Mazuz's office gave a statement on Sunday that President Moshe Katsav would be indicted again on a second rape count after a complainant filed a new claim of sexual harassment with the police.
Police questioned Katsav last week after one of his former employees, known as A, submitted new evidence that Katsav had raped her on more than one occassion during his time as Tourism Minister.
The latest complaint came in the midst of Katsav's appeal to Mazuz to reverse his decision to indict him for sex crimes.
