Police raise terror alert before Passover

Israel Police raised the terror alert on Monday, in anticipation of the Passover holiday.

The police also announced that there will be increased forces in public places for the entire week. Police Commissioner Moshe Karadi ordered his forces and volunteers to be on guard at synagogues, shopping centers, markets, hotels, and public transportation.

The border with the West Bank will also be reinforced by Border Police.

According to security sources, they have received warning of about 70 terror attacks.
