Israeli troops operating in the Samarian town of Nablus on Tuesday shot and critically wounded a member of PLO chief Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah during a fierce gun battle.

The man is wanted by Israel for his participation in numerous terrorist attacks against both Israeli soldiers and civilians.

In other anti-terror action, the IDF nabbed 13 wanted Palestinian terror suspects throughout Judea and Samaria.

Israeli security forces are dealing with 70 separate terror warnings over the Passover holiday.
