Italian couture fashion house, Dolce & Gabbana, is set to open its first Israeli store in Tel Aviv within the coming year, Yedioth Ahronoth reported Sunday.

Previously, Dolce & Gabbana has sold its products to the Israeli market by importing them to other Israeli-based stores.

The Irani Group recently bought marketing rights for Dolce & Gabbana, and will be the first official Israeli franchise owner.

The Irani Group owns several stores in Israel, including the Factory 54 chain, through which the D&G products will now be marketed.
