BCD Travel, one of the world's largest in tourism, has decided to begin operating in Israel.

"The Israeli market has great business potential for us. Many international companies operate in Israel, making Israel an important business center in the Middle East and in the world," stated BCD's chairman John A Fentener van Vlissingen.

"We believe that our operations in Israel, along with our global operations, will help promote Israel as a country of tourism and will optimally fulfill our customers' requirements," he said.
