A photo of Israel Our Home's Avigdor Lieberman was accidentally placed in an Iranian newspaper accompanying an article about the mistreatment of Iranians in the United States, reported Ynetnews Sunday.
The article, "Religious beliefs behind unjust dismissal of another Iranian in the US" told the story of an Iranian living in the US who was fired from his job due to his religious beliefs, according to the website Assar-Iran.
"Lieberman's trim beard is what apparently made an impression on the editors of Iranian weekly Ya-Lasrat when they decided to use his photograph in the article," reported Ynetnews.
The editors of the newspaper apparently has no idea that the identity of the man in the photograph was Israel's vice prime minister, minister of strategic affairs, and head of the political party, Israel Our Home.
The Islamic fundamentality group Ansar Hezbollah, with no connection to the Lebanese Hezbollah, publishes the newspaper, Ya-Lasrat. |
