A woman in her 30s was found dead, with her throat slit, by her 12 year old daughter in the backyard of their home in Moshav Nahousha near Beit Shemesh in the foothills of Jerusalem. Police believe that the motive for the murder was nationalistic: the killer is believed to be a Palestinian.
Tracks led from the body toward the fence around the moshav. The fence had been cut. Police and army forces searched the area. Commander of the Beit Shemesh police, Meir Vardi, said Tuesday a number of Palestinians who worked at the moshav had been arrested. |
