Officials from the Society for the Protection of Nature released a statement expressing sharp objections to the Nitzanim development plan intended to provide housing for Gush Katif refugees.

Nature-protection officials explain the government?s inability to produce an acceptable organized plan will result in environmental disaster to the Nitzanim area.
