Safed police patrolling the northern city's military cemetery ahead of Memorial Day ceremonies for Israel's fallen soldiers Wednesday discovered anti-disengagement inscriptions spray-painted on walls.

The inscription "Uprooting of graves -- certain death" was sprayed in black.
