"Do not refuse orders," Eliyahu said in an interview with the Ultra-orthodox weekly Mishpacha, and on Channel 2's "Six With," hosted by Oded Ben-Ami, which will be broadcast Thursday evening.

"Many soldiers have asked me what they should do, and I responded that it's preferable for believing Jews to go among the houses and do it [evacuate settlers] while crying, in tears and with a broken heart, than for all kinds of evil people to come and joyously remove the settlers from their homes and toss them roughly into vehicles," he says. "We must not get in a situation in which one Jew raises his hand against another."
