Haim Atar from Shavei Shomron was sentenced to 21 days in prison for refusing to comply with IDF orders to participate in the disengagement.

Atar had refused to be judged in a battalion disciplinary procedure, and demanded a trial before a military court. Military prosecutors denied the soldier's request to be court martialled.
