Three east Jerusalem neighborhoods are petitioning the High Court to not be severed from Israel by the construction of the security fence.

Arab residents in the neighborhoods of Anata, Ras al-Hamis and Shuafat, home to some 25,000 people, want to remain a part of Israel, rather than become part of PA- controlled territory.
