The Shin Bet announced it has succeeded in solving the murder of a security guard near the Judea-Samaria security fence last December.
Sami Kamalat, 36, from Rahat, was shot to death while working for a company securing the barrier.
Some two months ago, security forces arrested 20-year-old Islamic Jihad operative Mohammed Awad in the village of Idna near the southern West Bank city of Hebron. Two days ago, Tarek Batran, 19, a second suspect in the murder, was also arrested.
