Avi Bieber, the combat engineer soldier who refused to participate in the disengagement, will be re-judged due to a mistake in the legal process.

Avi Bieber, the combat engineer soldier who refused to participate in the disengagement, will be re-judged due to a mistake in the legal process.

The IDF prosecutor's office accepted Galili's argument and, therefore, Bieber will soon stand for another judgement, after having served 28 days in prison of the 56 he was sentenced to.
