Palestinians in the Gaza Strip fired a Qassam rocket that hit an open area between Sderot's Sapir College and Kibbutz Gavim in the western Negev region.
There were no casualties and no damage was caused.
An unconfirmed report indicated a second rocket hit near another kibbutz in the region.
