IDF soldier wounded in Gaza terror attack

One IDF soldier was lightly wounded when a mortar shell, launched by terrorists, hit him in the southern Gaza Strip before dawn on Thursday.

The soldier was treated on the spot.

In a separate incident, Palestinian militants opened fire on soldiers operating near the Karni crossing leading into Gaza. No one was hurt in the attack.
