A Qassam rocket slammed into the southern Israeli town of Sderot this morning. No injuries were reported, but five people were treated for shock and damage was done to several residences and cars. According to IDF Southern Command Chief Dan Harel, on average, terrorists attempt to commit 10 attacks on Jewish settlements in Gaza per day.

Harel added that if the terror continues during the disengagement, the IDF intends to enter Palestinian areas of the Gaza Strip.
