The cabinet officially ratified the evacuation of Gush Katif on Monday, as anti-pullout activists held a protest outside PM Ariel Sharon's office in Jerusalem.
Some activists had called for an attempt to block the entry of cabinet ministers early on Monday, but the vote went on as scheduled.
The vote reflected a compromise decision last February, when the cabinet mandated separate votes on each phase of the disengagement.
The Monday vote was 16 in favor and four against. Labor ministers backed the measure. The dissenting votes were cast by Likud ministers Limor Livnat, Tsachi Hanegbi, Yisrael Katz and Danny Naveh.
In a similar vote last week, the first phase of the disengagement -- comprising the isolated settlements of Netzarim, Morag and Kfar Darom -- was approved.
