Hundreds clash with police outside IDF tent city at Re'em junction

Hundreds of anti-disengagement activists protesting and blocking traffic near the IDF tent city near the Re'em junction were pushed aside by force.

According to Israel Radio, police reportedly attacking the protesters violently, with four policemen assigned to each protester.

The protesters were pushed to the side of the road, and a large police force ensured that the road remained open.

The Re'em base is a mammoth tent city outside Kissufim crossing which houses thousands of soldiers and police forces.
