The 17 and 19-year-old apparently planned to blow up a residential building in Rehovot, south of Tel Aviv, in order to protest the disengagement.

Initially, they were detained on suspicion of attempting to torch a large, underground gas depot, nearby. On Friday, firefighters were called to the scene, where they found rags drenched in flammable materials attached to the gas depot's valves.

Authorities searched the homes of the two suspects where they found weapons and incitement material. The two will be brought before a judge at the Rishon Lezion Magistrate's court Sunday morning.
