For Palestinians and Arab-Israelis with Israeli ID cards and permits who drive cars with yellow (Israeli) license plates, the security fence has opened up a "smuggling market" and a new way to make a living taking illegal workers into Israel for job opportunities.
Prices per laborer traveling are 20-50 shekels, which can rise to 100 depending on security alerts.
