| Eden Natan Zada, who went absent without leave from the IDF and shot 4 Israeli-Arabs, has been referred to as a "Jewish terrorist."However, a spokeswoman for the Defense Ministry, Maayan Malkin, said that under the law a perpetrator must be a part of "enemy forces" against Israel to be defined as a terrorist. According to the law, Jews aren't covered, and the shooting victims are therefore not terrorist victims under Israeli law. |
