On Wednesday, the leader of an Islamic militant group and 3 followers were charged with plans to implement terrorist attacks against the Israeli consulate in Los Angeles, local synagogues, El-Al airlines, and US National Guard bases.

Kevin James, the leader of the Islamic group, was said to have recruited inmates to the Islamic group in prison and is accused of "conspiracy to levy a war against the United States."
