Two years ago, a New York-bound flight from Tel Aviv had an emergency landing at Ben Gurion Airport two hours after take off, due to "severe difficulties" with the plane. Now, attorney Amir Shpitzer, who was on the flight, is filing a lawsuit for millions of shekels on behalf of the 523 passengers for the "traumatic" experience caused to passengers.
According to Shpitzer, the flight caused, "anxiety, panic, and trauma."
