On Tuesday, the IDF will transfer most of the area of northern Samaria evacuated recently to the Palestinian Authority, making sure to hold onto important parts for "bargaining," according to a Haaretz report.

Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz said Tuesday he believes that the West Bank can become a, "main arena for terror," and the IDF much be prepared for a strong deployment and continue to monitor to ensure terrorists don't infiltrate to cities in the Negev.
