On Wednesday, Palestinian Authority president Mahmoud Abbas ordered PA security officials to draw up a plan to disarm terrorist groups in the Gaza Strip. Abbas made the announcement in light of the explosion in a Gaza neighborhood Tuesday, which killed four inside of a home that is known for being active in Hamas. Palestinian security officials said a terrorist "work accident" caused the explosion.
