Gaza family to leave Israel

The Ganish family, formerly of the Gush Katif community of Elei Sinai, says they have nothing left in Israel after being forced out of their home and life of fifteen years. The father, Tzuri Ganish, caused a stir during the pullout by donning Holocaust pajamas reminiscent of an Auschwitz prison uniform, and a yellow start that read, "Jude". The family now has plans to spend, "at least a year" in Florida, where a friend offered them a new home and a new start.

The family says they hope to return to Israel when the "government regains its brain." Said Ganish, "If Israel finds itself a government that acts with leadership and wisdom ? we'll be back. If not, we'll stay there."
