After the full Israeli military withdrawal on Monday from the Gaza strip, there were two rockets fired from Gaza onto Israel proper, with no ensuing retaliation on the part of Israel in direct conflict of Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz's statement Monday morning before the attacks that any further attacks on Israel would be met with, "unprecedented force," with a new Israeli policy of "zero tolerance" toward Palestinian terrorism towards Israelis.
