At 3:00 a.m. on Thursday morning, Israeli security forces completed the re-evacuation of the already once-evacuated Samarian Jewish community of Sa-Nur. About 70 teenagers and former residents had re-infiltrated the community, barricading themselves on rooftops. Former Sa-Nur resident Avraham Friedlander told Ynet, "We will not leave. e will not let the Palestinians defile the name of God."
Unlike the former Jewish communities of Gush Katif, the Samarian settlements cannot be completely cut off to potential infiltrators.
