In a secret meeting Tuesday in New York, Israeli Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom met with his Indonesian counterpart, Hassan Wirajuda -- Foreign Minister for the largest Muslim country in world -- a mere two weeks after the historic public meeting between Shalom and Pakistani Foreign Minister Khursheed Kasuri. "Now that the disengagement has been completed, it is easier for them [Muslims] to meet with us [Israelis],? commented Shalom. Since taking office, Shalom has focused his efforts on Israeli relations with Muslim countries, visiting Morocco and Mauritania. He is soon expected to participate in a joint meeting between Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and the Crown Prince of Qatar, Hamad bin Khalifa.
