In Jerusalem Saturday night, left-wing activists protested outside Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's private home calling for a renewal of peace talks following the disengagement and reach a final agreement with Palestinians using the Geneva Accord -- a document drawn up by left-wing politicians and a few Palestinian officials. Yossi Beilin, the Meretz-Yahad Chairman, said to the crowd that Palestinian Chairman Mahmoud Abbas is a partner for peace and is, ?saying exactly what we are saying." As the rally winded down, right wing activists showed up, prompting police to section the groups off so that there would be no clashes.
