On Saturday, Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas asserted that the Hamas terror organization was to be held responsible for the explosion Friday at a rally that killed at least fifteen people, including children. Despite Abbas' scathing attack against the Islamic group, he also appeased the terrorists by proclaiming that parliamentary elections will go on as planned and outsiders will not be able to say who participates. Abbas was speaking to supporters in the town of Ramallah in the area known as the West Bank and discussing the Hamas rally on Friday where 15 Palestinians were killed.
