On Sunday, an armed Palestinian charging at a soldier from behind while shouting "Allah Akbar," or "God is great" was shot in the leg by the commanding officer. Red Crescent medics treated the man before he was taken in for interrogation. Meanwhile, all over Israel troops are being heavily deployed around Israel in anticipation of the High Holidays, with the IDF contending currently with 55 terror threats.
