Israel gives Palestinians a gift for Ramadan

On Monday, Israel will give out several hundred permits to Palestinians to enter Israel for the month of Ramadan to attend religious services. In addition, a specified number of Palestinian religious workers will be permitted to cross the border into Israel with another 450 allowed to go into East Jerusalem. Furthermore, another 2,000 Palestinians have the opportunity to obtain work permits for labor during the upcoming Israeli olive harvest.
