An explosion rocked an apartment building in Tel Aviv Wednesday, critically wounding three people, Israeli rescue services said.
The cause of the explosion was not immediately clear, but it did not appear to be a suicide bombing. Rescue services reported that part of the fourth story of the building collapsed. |
