Delivery of demolition decrees sparks police-Bedouin scuffle

Twenty-four people were lightly injured in a scuffle that erupted between police and Israeli Bedouin Arabs when demolition decrees were delivered for 25 illegal buildings in an unrecognized village. Bedouins from the al-Assam tribe and police accompanying Interior Ministry officials were both injured. Witnesses reported that an Israeli journalist was also injured.
