A Palestinian stabbed an Israeli in the neck and killed him Thursday afternoon in an attack at the Kalandiya roadblock north of Jerusalem.
The attacker arrived at the roadblock around 3:45pm and stabbed the Israeli. The victim was treated at the scene by a medical team dispatched to the area.
The attacker was arrested near the town of Kalandiya, outside of Ramallah, Israel Radio reported. The army had no immediate comment.
