In response to the Monday night attack by the IAF in which three Palestinians affiliated with the Islamic Jihad were killed, Palestinians fired seven Kassam rockets at the western Negev.
There were no injuries or damages reported in the Qassam firings.
The IDF identified that Qassam rockets were being fired, but have yet to track down the exact locations in which they landed.
In response to attacks, IDF artillery units shelled the no-go zone in northern Gaza, the area which Israel has declared off limits to Palestinians in an effort to foil Qassam fire.
Meanwhile, in Judea and Samaria overnight, security forces arrested 16 Palestinian fugitives associated with the Fatah Tanzim and Hamas. |
