Israeli troops raiding a West Bank village shot and killed an armed terrorist of the militant Islamic Jihad group on Tuesday, the army said.
Palestinians identified the dead man as Samer Freihat, 25.
The army said soldiers were operating in the village of Yamoun, near Jenin, when they spotted an armed Palestinians. Troops opened fire, hitting the man, the army said. |
