Three Chinese members of a U.N. peacekeeping force in south Lebanon were lightly injured Sunday in clashes near the border town of Naqoura, a Lebanese security official said.

An investigation was under way to determine whether the UNIFIL workers were wounded by Israeli airstrikes and artillery or fire from Hezbollah fighters, said the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not allowed to make official statements to the media.
