The Palestinian elections were an outright failure. Everyone should realize that whenever Jimmy Carter is involved in an election process, even his own, disaster will follow. You remember Jimmy Carter -- the guy with the hammer in one hand. Look closely: you will see the sickle in the other.
The "free and fair" democratic elections brought us: Hamas.
Think of Hamas and you visualize crowds of angry young killers in a massive state of "furor," screaming and shooting rifles into the air. The creators of this evil, Nazi-like movement have brainwashed a generation of people a la Joseph Goebbels. Those green headbands and flags with the Arabic writing have simply replaced the brown shirts and swastikas.
But the Nazis were boy scouts compared to Hamas. Just take a look at the Hamas charter which describes in gross detail and clarity the outright desire to destroy Israel and all Jews followed by Christians, eventually culminating in the "elimination" of all non-Allah believers.
Yet George Bush, in one of the most outrageous State of the Union requests, called for this terrorist group to "disarm and recognize Israel" in order to join the family of nations. The same gullible leadership mentality also said the Ayatollahs in Iran and The Taliban in Afghanistan would moderate their positions when they assumed national power.
Nazis, Hamas and Islamic radicals can never, ever be moderated. Their entire essence is all about killing Jews, Christians and the West. This belief is as important to their sustenance and well being as oxygen and food. In fact, murdering non Muslims is even more important than their health--which is the reason they are so happy to die in suicide bombings.
The Nuremberg Racial Laws intended to exclude Jews from German society. However, even the despicable Nazis were somewhat embarrassed to have a written document stating their ultimate intent to murder the Jews.
Not with Hamas--they are proud to be murderers and revel in the heroism of blowing up babies in pizza parlors. Do you understand that President Bush? "The leaders of Hamas must disarm and recognize Israel?" What the heck were you smoking back in the Oval Office with Condee Rice who said after the elections that, "she is convinced that the Palestinian people still want peace." I guess the KKK also wants an integrated society in America.
Big deal--so this terrorist party was elected by the people in the same manner as Hitler and the Nazi Party. Free elections are just a tiny part of a functioning democracy. Actually, voting should come much later. What does this election say about the Palestinian people?
As Abba Eban said, "The Palestinians never miss an opportunity, to miss an opportunity." The truth is that "Israel never misses an opportunity to give evil another opportunity." When will this pathetic Jewish State learn the valuable biblical lesson of "collective responsibility" for a population, when they elect an evil government or allow evil to occur from within their midst?
This was the reason why there was virtually no opposition to bombing Dresden, Berlin and Leipzig where tens of thousand of civilians were killed. Hey people, that goes along with the territory, although today it is not politically correct to have such beliefs. If Ted Kennedy were a senator in 1945, he would call for a special investigation of FDR.
Public relations bombs in the 21st century are much more deadly than nuclear weapons against the West. If Iranian leadership had brains and foresight, they would realize that showing starving children after a UN sanctioned embargo, would have much more impact than any plutonium-based weapon.
Evil nations like Iraq learned this new tactic during the Gulf War. Focus on innocent civilians because the West, with their Judeo-Christian values, has an overabundance of compassion for so-called innocent victims. Remember Saddam's show with the body bags laid out in front of the shelter/command and control center?
The blame for the deaths of innocent men, women and children who died in Germany during WWII falls upon Hitler and his henchmen. Should Israel have to respond in massive fashion to a Hamas suicide attack, resulting in the destruction of every single Hamas leader and member including the Hitler Youth Hamas, the blame will fall on Sheikh Yassin, Khaled Mashaal, Ismail Haniya and the rest of the evil planners.
If the newly-elected Israeli prime minister, whoever he might be, does not act with the force of pre-1973 Israel, where overwhelming, non proportional force was used, Israel will be another "paper tiger" to its enemies. Only when the Arab and Muslim world clearly understands that Israel is actually crazier than they are, and is not afraid to use any force necessary to destroy them completely (no matter what the UN says), will real peace even be possible.
If Iran understood the possibility of frightening consequences when their president officially declared war on Israel by "wiping it off the map," future nut job dictators would think twice before trying to whip up undeserved support from the weak minded masses. Perhaps Ahmadinejad's losing his country and losing his oil wells, would teach other bad countries a valuable lesson. Hey world, think $30 a barrel oil, a gift from Israel. Think Saddam and tongue depressors, Mr. Iranian President: Open wide.
Numerous politicians have already declared that the election of Hamas indefinitely postpones peace. No: the Hamas victory ends any chance for peace and a separate Palestinian state. Think of how easy it would be for Hamas to falsely declare, "We recognize Israel," while their fingers are crossed behind their backs. But no again: their hatred and evil is so intense and deep that they cannot even lie about it.
It is likely to fall to Israel to take care of Hamas, and Iran, and thus set a long-overdue example to the rest of the world about how best to deal with the little fuhrers of Islam.
