Don't blame Israel for rising gas prices!
By Howard Galganov   July 18, 2006

Gas prices are flirting with $80 per barrel and guesstimated to hit $100. And somehow the TERRORIST War against Israel is to blame.

So every time people go to fill up at the pumps, and the price of fuel will be well over $3 US and $5 Canadian per gallon, they'll think of the price they're paying, and maybe include Israel in the blame.

WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP THAT WOULD BE!

The hurricanes of 2005 smashed down on the US Gulf States, and the prices of crude oil went through the roof. WHY?

The oil industry screamed about the lack of refining capacity and lost drilling production from the Gulf ocean floor.

But, was anyone turned away from the gas pumps who had the money to pay the exorbitant per gallon price demanded by the oil industry?

Were there any shortages anywhere in North America and Europe?

The oil industry, including the producers, the countries which have oil, the refiners, the distributors and the speculators are the ONLY guilty parties for the obscene price we pay for fuel.

Oh: and don't forget the ripoff taxes our governments add to this obscenity.

As I am writing this, there is an enormous surplus of oil in the world. So much so, that supply is far greater than demand. And everyday brings new wells online.

The TERRORIST War against Israel is nothing but an excuse for horrible people to lay the blame for their greed at the feet of anyone else but themselves.

Israel has enough problems without being the brunt of blame for international modern-day robber barons.

And as far as the war: I doubt if any country would ever be able to entirely crush vermin like the Islamo-Fascist TERRORISTS. But, at the very least, the price they are now paying for their barbaric behavior is a price beyond their imagination.

Once the shooting is over, the Arabs will be left with a devastated infrastructure and a very serious lesson in consequences. And if that's all they receive, they'll be able to consider themselves lucky.
